Six 750ml bottles of CLINQ ZERO SPARKLING BLANC from our first run, brought to your door chilled and ready for the table. Hand delivered across Highland Park, University Park and Dallas by September 30. No delivery charge.
It starts as wine, because it is wine
We begin with a fine California Pinot Grigio — a real wine, made properly. The alcohol is removed without heat, and then it is carbonated. No flavoring is added and no sugar is added to cover a flat base, because the heat never destroyed anything that needed covering.
Most non-alcoholic wine gets cooked. The alcohol is boiled off, the heat takes the aroma with it, and flavoring goes back in to hide what was lost. That is the difference.
Made for the table you were already setting
A crisp, dry sparkling wine that earns its place on the table and stands up to the occasion you opened it for. Green apple, pear, a lift of citrus, and a clean dry finish. Lower in calories and lower in sugar than traditional sparkling wine. Book club at two, the shower at eleven, the dinner where one person isn't drinking — every reason to celebrate, zero reasons to stop.
