What it tastes like

It begins as a California fine wine, then the alcohol is removed without heat and it's carbonated. That's the whole process — no added flavoring, no added sugar to cover a flat base.
The difference you can taste
Most non-alcoholic wine is cooked.
Ours never is.
Heat destroys the delicate compounds that give wine its aroma — so most brands boil off the alcohol, then add flavoring and sugar back to hide what they lost. We remove it at low temperature, so there's nothing to cover up.

Why pre-order instead of waiting for launch?
Two reasons. Subscribers get first access to our special pre-launch pricing — a reduced price you won't see once we go live — and our first production run is just 1,000 bottles, so pre-ordering now is how you secure yours from that first run before it's gone. Wait for launch and you'll pay full price, if there's stock left.
Can I try it before I pre-order?
Not yet — we're pre-launch, so there's no bottle in stores to sample. But it's a real 750ml California sparkling wine, made as a fine wine and simply dealcoholized — reserving early is how you secure your bottle at the pre-launch price.
What if I change my mind?
You're not locked in. If something changes before your bottles ship in September 2026, just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Is CLINQ ZERO alcohol-free or zero alcohol?
It's a non-alcoholic, dealcoholized sparkling wine — the alcohol is removed, leaving a trace under 0.5% ABV (similar to what's naturally in a ripe banana). People often search for "alcohol-free" or "zero alcohol" wine; the accurate term for ours is non-alcoholic and dealcoholized.
How do I get the special pre-launch pricing?

Is it actually real wine?

Through gentle dealcoholization: the alcohol is removed at low temperature, without heat, so the wine keeps its natural aroma and flavor — nothing is added back.
