THE PROBLEM WE SOLVED

Most non-alcoholic wines are cooked. Literally.

Heat destroys the delicate wine compounds that create aroma and flavor so other brands need to compensate adding flavor and other ingredients. Just look at the back label.

 

Our ambient-temperature process removes alcohol without heat respecting the delicate nature of  wine. This approach preserves everything that makes wine worth drinking: the crisp, aromatic character of the grapes, the natural complexity and layering of flavors. The result is a glass that tastes like real wine—because it is.
