CLINQ ZERO Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident pre-ordering CLINQ ZERO. Here's exactly how refunds, cancellations, and damaged shipments work.

Pre-order refunds

Pre-orders are fully refundable anytime before your order ships.

If you change your mind, just email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

No questions asked.

Cancellations

You can cancel your pre-order at any point before it ships. Once your bottles leave our warehouse, the order is final.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.

Once your order ships

Because CLINQ ZERO is a beverage product, all sales are final once shipped. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bottles after they've left our warehouse.

Damaged or defective shipments

If your CLINQ ZERO arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right.

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product and packaging

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost or undelivered shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, email us at [email protected] within 14 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Updating your shipping address

You can update your shipping address up to 14 days before your scheduled ship date. Just email [email protected] with your order number and new address.

After that window, address changes may not be possible — please make sure your shipping details are current as we approach Summer 2026.

Where we ship

CLINQ ZERO currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. We don't currently ship internationally beyond these regions.

Refund processing

All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
