What does it taste like?
Dry and mouthwatering, with fine bubbles and a long, clean finish. Grapefruit and white peach on the nose, citrus through the middle, nothing sweet at the end. It makes you want the next sip, which is the part most non-alcoholic wine misses.
Made for anyone who pours prosecco, cava, brut champagne or a crisp white. If you like your sparkling wine sweet, this is honestly not your bottle.

Why is it not sweet like the last one I tried?
It starts as a California Pinot Grigio, made as wine. The alcohol is then filtered out at room temperature, so the wine is never heated.
Most non-alcoholic wine is warmed to pull the alcohol out. The heat cooks off the aroma, so makers put sugar and juice back in to cover what was lost. That is why the last bottle you tried was probably sweet. Ours never sees heat, so there is nothing to cover up and nothing to add back.

How many bottles do I need?
A bottle is about six glasses, or roughly twice that in mimosas. For a sit down dinner count on half a bottle a head, and for a party where it is the main drink count on a bottle each.

How does the delivery work?
Pick your date and your ZIP code, tell us how many bottles, and we bring them chilled to your door on the day. We need a day of notice so we can cool them properly and plan the run.
We reach most of the DFW metroplex: Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Fort Worth, Arlington, Mesquite and DeSoto, which covers most ZIP codes starting 750, 751, 752, 760 and 761.
