Sparkling Blanc begins as a California fine wine — a real wine, made properly. Then the alcohol is removed without heat, and it's carbonated. That's the whole process. No added flavoring, no added sugar to cover a flat base — because the heat never destroyed anything that needed covering.

I'm Anto. I spent years in dealcoholization technology, watching most non-alcoholic wine get cooked — boiled to strip the alcohol, which takes the aroma with it, so they add flavoring back to hide it. Sparkling Blanc is never cooked. That's the whole product.
