Coming in 2027

Non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, made the way the Blanc is made.

Clinq Zero’s sparkling rosé arrives in 2027, and a sparkling red is coming the same year. Both are built on the same rule as the Sparkling Blanc: real wine, alcohol removed at room temperature, never heated, nothing added back. No juice for color, no sugar for body, no flavoring. The grape and the label numbers are published when the wine is final and not a day before. Leave your email and you get the first pour and the ship date the day it is set.

What will Clinq Zero Rosé be?

Clinq Zero non-alcoholic sparkling styles: Blanc available now, Rosé and Red coming in 2027

A dry, pale sparkling rosé that drinks like the rosé you already pour in summer, with the alcohol taken out and nothing put in its place. That is the brief. We are tasting base wines now. Here is what we can promise today, and what we will not say until the bottle exists.

Promised

  • Real rosé wine as the base. The color comes from the grape skins, the way rosé gets its color, never from added juice.
  • Alcohol removed at room temperature. Same process as the Blanc, so the aroma stays and nothing has to be rebuilt.
  • Two ingredients on the label. Dealcoholized wine and carbon dioxide. No sugar, juice, concentrate, or flavors added.
  • Under 0.5% alcohol by volume. Non-alcoholic by the US standard, stated on the label.
  • The Open-One Guarantee. Open one bottle; if you do not love it, Anto will make it right.

Not yet promised: the grape, the region, the exact calories and sugar per glass, and the price. Those numbers go on this page when they are measured on the finished wine.

How do you pick a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé in the meantime?

The same way you pick any non-alcoholic wine: turn the bottle around. Rosé is the style where the shortcut is easiest to hide, because pink can come from grape skins or from a splash of juice, and the front label looks the same either way.

  1. Read the whole ingredient list. Dealcoholized wine and carbon dioxide means it started as rosé and stayed rosé. Grape juice, red grape concentrate, or “natural flavors” means the color and the fruit were put back after heat took them out.
  2. Find the sugar line. A dry rosé should read 0g or close to it per glass. Several grams means it was sweetened, and sends you back to the list to find out with what.
  3. Look for the process. If the bottle or the website says how the alcohol came out, and the answer is cold or room temperature, the aroma is probably intact. Silence usually means heat.

The full method, with a table of the three ways non-alcoholic wine is made, is on the buyer’s guide.

What else is coming?

A sparkling red, also in 2027, built on the same rule and served cold. Cans are planned after that. None of these are on sale yet and none has a price. The list above is the only place to hear first.

What can I pour today?

The Sparkling Blanc. It is the bottle the rosé will be measured against: California Pinot Grigio, naturally dry and never sweet, 10 calories and 0g sugar a glass. If you want to know what “nothing added back” tastes like before the rosé exists, this is how you find out.

Questions about the rosé

When is the Clinq Zero Rosé coming out?

In 2027. The exact month is set when the base wine is chosen and the bottling is scheduled. People on the list hear the date the day it is fixed.

Can I order the Rosé now?

Not yet. We do not take money for a bottle that does not exist. Leave your email above and you get the first chance to order when it does.

Will it be dry or sweet?

Dry. Nothing sweet is added in our process, so the wine tastes like the rosé it started as, lighter in body without the alcohol. The exact sugar number per glass is published when the finished wine is measured.

Will it be non-alcoholic?

Yes, under 0.5% alcohol by volume, the same US standard as the Blanc. It will not claim 0.0%.

Where will the pink color come from?

From the grape skins of the base rosé wine, the way any rosé gets its color. Not from added juice or concentrate. Two ingredients on the label, same as the Blanc.

Is a non-alcoholic sparkling red coming too?

Yes, also in 2027. Same rule: real wine, alcohol removed at room temperature, nothing added back. It has its own page and its own list.
